Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through the Narowal E Mart mobile application (“App”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Order Confirmation

  • Users may cancel an order before it is confirmed by the vendor.

  • No charges will be applied for cancellations made at this stage.

b. After Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is confirmed or prepared, cancellation may not be allowed.

  • In special cases, cancellation approval depends on the vendor and Narowal E Mart’s discretion.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

a. Order Not Delivered

  • If an order is not delivered due to vendor or delivery partner issues, a full refund will be processed.

b. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If you receive incorrect or missing items, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Partial or full refunds may be issued after verification.

c. Poor Quality or Damaged Items

  • Refunds for poor quality or damaged items are subject to vendor review and approval.

  • Evidence such as photos may be required.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the user

  • Failed delivery due to user unavailability

  • Minor taste preferences or personal dislikes

  • Delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, or force majeure


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.


5. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was not delivered due to our fault.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Go to My Orders in the App

  2. Select the affected order

  3. Submit a refund request with details

  4. Our support team will review and respond
