This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through the Narowal E Mart mobile application (“App”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Users may cancel an order before it is confirmed by the vendor.
No charges will be applied for cancellations made at this stage.
Once an order is confirmed or prepared, cancellation may not be allowed.
In special cases, cancellation approval depends on the vendor and Narowal E Mart’s discretion.
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
If an order is not delivered due to vendor or delivery partner issues, a full refund will be processed.
If you receive incorrect or missing items, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Partial or full refunds may be issued after verification.
Refunds for poor quality or damaged items are subject to vendor review and approval.
Evidence such as photos may be required.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Incorrect delivery address provided by the user
Failed delivery due to user unavailability
Minor taste preferences or personal dislikes
Delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, or force majeure
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was not delivered due to our fault.
